What we collect
- Orders: your name, phone number, email address, the items you order and your pickup date and time.
- Enquiries: what you write to us on the Contact and Co-Branding pages, including your company name, phone, email and any logo you send.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, answers to the application questions and any resume you upload.
- Technical information: your browser, device and pages visited, through cookies and similar tools (see below).
How we use it
- To prepare your order, arrange pickup and contact you about it.
- To reply to enquiries and prepare quotes.
- To consider you for a job.
- To keep the website working, safe and fast, and to understand how it is used.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay’s secure page and are not stored on our website or seen by us.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep your cart working, and analytics and advertising tools (such as Google and Meta) to understand visits and measure our adverts. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the website, such as the cart, may then not work.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the website and take payment (for example our website host, email service and Razorpay), and where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounts and tax. Enquiries and job applications are kept for as long as they are useful to us, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us using the details above.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will be posted here with its date.
