Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order free of charge until we have started preparing it, which is normally the day before your pickup date. Call +91 81295 12255 or email us with your order number.
Returns
Drinking water and soda are food products, so we cannot take back opened or used items. Sealed, unopened packs may be returned only if we agree beforehand.
Damaged, leaking or wrong items
If an item is damaged, leaking or not what you ordered, tell us when you collect it, or within 24 hours of collection with a photo. We will replace it or refund it, as you prefer.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Razorpay. They normally reach you within 5 to 7 working days of us approving the refund, depending on your bank.
If we cancel
If we cannot supply your order, we will tell you and refund the full amount you paid.
Co-branded orders
Custom-label orders are made for you, so they are agreed in writing, including what happens if you change or cancel. We will not start printing before you approve the artwork.
