Pickup
Every online order is collected from our pickup point:
Amalabhavan Rd, Vinoba Nagar, Chilavannoor, Ernakulam, Kochi 682020
At checkout you choose a pickup date and a time slot. Slots run from 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Sunday. Orders are ready from the next day; we do not offer same-day service.
What to bring
Please bring your order confirmation (the email or the order number) and, if someone else is collecting, tell them the name and phone number used for the order.
Delivery
Home delivery is not available through the website yet. For bulk, institutional or co-branded orders, call us on +91 81295 12255 and we will tell you what can be arranged and the charges.
Missed pickup
If you cannot collect in your slot, call us as early as you can and we will move your order to another day where we can.
Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when you collect it and tell us straight away if anything is damaged or wrong. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
