The business began with soda, made in small batches at home. The founders were young, money was tight and there was no delivery setup. They went to the market, visited the shops and made the deliveries themselves, often alongside college.
One shop became a few. Friends joined, one vehicle became two, and the business grew by putting each round of profit back into it.
Build something of our own.
Kerala has many products and brands that people strongly associate with the place they come from. We wanted to create a beverage brand with that same sense of local identity.
We started young, with limited resources and no big team. We did the work ourselves: the market runs, the shop visits, the deliveries. When someone could not turn up, we stepped in.
The approach has not changed. Take the product seriously, keep improving, and build something you would be comfortable putting in your own home.
How we got here

Small-scale soda production begins, with a few people doing everything themselves.

More shops, more deliveries, and vehicles replace bicycles.

More people join and production grows.

We acquire a water plant in Aluva and enter packaged drinking water.

Better machinery, better processes and more capacity.

Both products are made under Four Cheers, and co-branding grows.

Micro-filtered, RO-purified, remineralised and UV and ozone treated, then filled and capped at our plant in Aluva. Available in 500 ml, 1 L, 2 L and 5 L packs.
